We work very hard to satisfy our customers as we know waiting time  always feels too long. Our inventory team typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

When will we ship your ordered items ?

When we receive an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We start shipping within 1-3 days of receiving your order.

  • After confirmation of your order, in general, it takes 1-3 weeks for the items to arrive almost all over the world but also depends on the location you currently live and your country’s current COVID-19 pandemic prevention policies and situation.
  • In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination and situation during the time.

What about Tracking Number?

We will provide tracking service for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

 Can you Cancel Your Order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email to Info@sparxlink.com with the subject line “CANCEL“.

If the item has already shipped, you will have to refer to our return policy procedures to receive a refund.

Damaged Items

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment or other circumstances.  If this happens to you, please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge or a full refund for your purchase

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package in such cases will be invoiced to the customer.

SPARX LINK is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and…

  • The customer refuses to accept the package.
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
  • The Customer refuses to accept the package.

SPARX LINK reserves the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for any refund.
